I'm Sam, and it's so nice to meet you!

I'm madly in love with Jesus, country as cornbread, a wife to the most incredible man on the planet, a dreamer, a mom to two beautiful firecrackers, a total coffee addict and foodie, and a creative/writer. I live on a farm nestled in East TN, and I serve with my husband at The Avenue church, here in Talbott, TN.

Ministry, family, and community mean so much to me, and that's why my mission and goal is to point you upward so that the atmosphere WITHIN you and AROUND you is shifted.

I'm not a Pastor or a Counselor by any means, but I have walked through growing up in an abusive and broken situation, walked through homelessness, battled depression and suicide, walked through divorce and being a single mama, fought thyroid cancer, financial hardships, and I have fought generational bondage. In all of this, God has taught me how to trust Him, how to press in during the crushing, how to dance in the hottest of flames, how to lead even when the conditions aren't ideal, how to set boundaries and walls, and how to discern what's of God and what isn't.

I can't wait to share resources and what I've learned with you because I can tell you from personal experience that healing and walking in total freedom is possible. I can stand here today and tell you that God is so faithful and is a firm foundation that you can always count on, and His plan is always the best plan. I can tell you that the past does not define who you are, but it's just a part of your story and not the final destination.

If God can bring me through all that He has brought me through, I know for a fact that He can do the the same for you, and I know that He has brought you here for a reason.

So, we are no longer hiding parts of ourselves from God or hiding from what He's calling us to, but we are going all in together. God's calling us out to be strong and courageous, and that's exactly what we're going to be.
